By accepting this invitation, you acknowledge the following: (please check all the boxes)

Invite Admits Two: The invitation admits two people, and you may nominate anyone from the store to attend; it is not limited to the person to whom it is addressed.
No under 18’s: Unfortunately, no children or delegates under the age of 18 can attend. Should you wish to bring your child over the age of 18, they will be considered your designated partner rather than an additional guest.
Attendance: Your RSVP confirms your confirmation to attend all OK-hosted events, including the Conference, Prague Mingle Dinner, Franchisee of the Year Gala Awards, Farewell Dinner, and the complimentary excursion. Additionally, you will form part of the group for the duration of the trip and will be accommodated and transported together.
Hotel check-in: Should you book your own flights, please note that check-in at the Hilton Prague is only available on Sunday, 12 October, from 15:00. If you wish to arrive before this date, prior arrangements must be made. For any additional nights, please note that costs will be incurred at approximately R5400 for a double room (cost varies depending on room type). Email conference@okfd.com should you wish to extend your stay at the Hilton Prague.
Photography & Privacy: You understand that photographs and filming may be taken/recorded during the trip. Additionally, any personal information collected will be used exclusively for communication and planning purposes related to the OK Conference.
