* Please note flights will be assigned for Emirates and Qatar and connecting flights will be arranged accordingly.

Flight cost

International round-trip flights from Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town to Prague cost R18 710 per person, with additional charges applicable for connecting flights to the departure airport.



Accommodation

Delegates will stay at the Hilton Prague and accommodation costs are covered by OK Home Office. Click here to view the hotel.

Passport Requirements

Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 90 days beyond your intended departure date from the Schengen area.
Blank Pages: Ensure your passport has at least two blank visa pages when entering the Czech Republic.



Visa Requirements

All South African, Namibian and Eswatini citizens require a Schengen Visa.



Included in the Cost

Selected meals are covered, including daily breakfast at the hotel and meals provided at the three official events.
One complimentary excursion is also included.

All other expenses will be at your own cost.



RSVP

Please confirm your attendance by Friday, 6 June 2025.
If you wish to extend your trip, kindly provide all relevant details by the RSVP date.
Indicate accordingly on the RSVP form.



Cancellation

100% Cancellation fee will apply to flights cancelled after 9 July 2024.
